The story of this famous soldier ( Blog number 39, July 2012) is Number One with nearly 1800 hits . Number Two is quite surprising " Crieff Shops and Businesses 100 years ago " (Number 92 November 2013 )with some 1600 hits and in third place The Story of Transport in the Strath ( Number 27 June 2012 )with just over 1400 hits .
3. What is always interesting is to know where the blog viewers come from In the four years that we have been around , we have had nearly 84 000 hits . The largest number , not surprisingly came from the Unitred Kingdom (it does not separate this into the constituent states such as Scotland or England ) . Second is the United States with some 18.5 % followed closely by Germany on 16.5% .I was quite surprised to note that in 4th place was Russia recording some 3 000 hits ( 3.66 % ) , 5th was France ( 2.8 % ) , 6th Ukraine , 7th Canada, 8th Australia , 9th \China and 10th Poland .
